We are fully aware that ice cream as a product for direct consumption must meet all quality and safety standards. Therefore, care for the consumers and their trust is the priority of our business right from the stage of meticulous selection of ingredients used in production. For this reason, we source raw materials and packaging only from regular and proven suppliers, and the recipes we use allow only carefully selected ingredients with strict quality parameters.
In order to meet the health and taste needs of our consumers, we follow strictly all procedures in the production process and maintain all sanitary standards. In the implementation of the quality policy, a significant role is given to the company's laboratory, which conducts microbiological tests on each batch of ice cream, from the ice cream mixture to the finished product. Our laboratory also deals with the assessment of sanitary conditions of production, which is facilitated by regular environmental tests.
To ensure the safety of the ice cream we produce, the company implemented the HACCP system in 2003, which covers the control of critical points in the entire process of the production - from the acquisition of raw materials to the sale of finished products. In 2008, the company obtained the ISO 22000:2005 certificate, in 2017 the BRC certificate, and as of 2022 the factory can proudly claim the IFS certificate.
In 2023, we received the Rainforest Alliance certification (previously we used a license). We support sustainable agricultural practices and promote a better future for people and nature. Cocoa ingredients we use in our products with the characteristic RA logo are procured only from certified sources. Our production facility includes automatic lines for making impulse, family and HoReCa ice cream. All equipment used in the production process meets national and EU safety standards. An important source of our competitive advantage are the technologically advanced, innovative CREAM freezers of the renowned WCB Ice Cream company. A freezer is a machine in which a previously prepared ice cream mixture is frozen and aerated. The freezer is where ice cream is formed from the liquid, milky mass, so it is a key stage in the entire production process. Thanks to the use of innovative freezing machines, we can offer our customers ice cream with an exceptionally smooth, creamy texture and consistency while also reducing its fat content. Therefore, our ice cream is tasty and healthy.
In our company, modern solutions are applied not only in the production sphere. All company processes, from sourcing through storage of raw materials, packaging, production, warehousing of finished goods, sales, to finance and accounting are integrated with each other thanks to CSB businessware® ERP class management system.
The software allows full control of the origin and flow of both the ingredients used in production (upstream traceability) and the location of shipments of the finished goods (downstream traceability). The latter task is served by special barcodes placed on packaging: unit (GTIN-13 code), bulk (GS1-128 code) and pallets (SSCC code). In addition, an integrated ERP management system tailored to the specifics of our business enables us to prepare multidimensional analyses, monitor all aspects of the company's operations and respond immediately when necessary. CSB businessware® also supports the process of serving our foreign customers, as it allows us to issue business documents in different languages.

We produce a wide range of impulse, family and HoReCa ice cream based on recipes prepared by Polish and Italian experts. These products are available in different flavor and quality variants and packaging (e.g.: multipacks), according to the customer's request.

The ice cream produced in our factory is first and foremost a safe product for the consumer. The HACCP system has been implemented in the company in order to guarantee the products’ health and safety quality, and since 2022 we have held the international food safety system certificate IFS. Our in-house laboratory regularly tests each batch of ice cream and analyzes the sanitary conditions of production. Meanwhile, CSB businessware® ERP class software provides us full supply chain control. The system uses automatic identification of production batches using barcodes: GS1-128 and SSCC placed on bulk packaging and pallets, respectively.
